Over- warm ups - The staple of my training ideology. Pretty straight forward. People differ in how much they sweat, but on average, people lose 1 to 1.5 pounds of water by sweating each day. This is an auto-regulating workout routine designed specifically to help you bring your bench press numbers up. Kroc is currently training to add more overall size and bring up his weaknesses.
